With competing player pieces heading in opposing directions there is going to be conflict and the requirement for particular tactics at specific instances. The Priming Game Tactic
If the aim of the blocking plan is to slow down the opponent to move their pieces, the Priming Game strategy is to completely barricade any activity of the opposing player by building a prime – ideally 6 points in a row. The competitor’s checkers will either get bumped, or end up in a battered position if he/she at all tries to leave the wall. The ambush of the prime can be established anyplace between point two and point eleven in your game board. As soon as you’ve successfully assembled the prime to stop the activity of your opponent, your competitor does not even get a chance to toss the dice, and you move your checkers and roll the dice yet again. You will be a winner for sure.
The Back Game Plan
The goals of the Back Game strategy and the Blocking Game technique are similar – to hurt your opponent’s positions in hope to improve your chances of winning, however the Back Game strategy uses different techniques to do that. The Back Game strategy is generally used when you’re far behind your opponent.
